CEO Patrick Filsinger has worked meticulously to establish a sure foundation for his professional career, earning his stripes as a trained brewer at Weldebräu GmbH & Co. KG in Plankstadt, Germany. His training, education and experience have made him an authority on all matters of beer and beverages.

Expanding his knowledge and strengthening his foundation, Patrick graduated from the Doemens e.V. Academy in Gräfelfing, Germany as a state-certified production manager for brewing and beverage technology in 2009. He is also a certified master brewer.

Patrick later worked as a project manager for reusable container sorting at a mid-sized beverage logistics company, learning the world of packaging from the ground up. He also served as warehouse manager at the Ingolstadt branch, furthering his know-how and gaining invaluable experience. Before eventually establishing LTC Consulting with his business partner Michael Salzmann, Patrick also worked as operations manager and head of warehouse logistics at the parent company warehouse near Munich.

With the founding of LTC Consulting in 2016, Patrick redirected his talents and expertise to assist other brewers in strengthening and expanding solid business foundations. His extensive practical experience is just as much a part of his consulting concepts as his ingenuity for creative solutions.
